What we set with you.
Rise
Low, mid or high, it decides how the trousers look. We set it on the worn sample before grading.
Waistband
Set-on or one-piece, interlined so it doesn't roll, with loops, side adjusters or buckles.
Crease
On suit trousers the crease is pressed on the grain line and has to hold. On chinos we leave it out.
Hem
Blind hem, topstitched hem, 3 to 5 cm turn-ups, or split hem. Length is set per size.
Fabrics.
Cotton twill, gabardine, tropical wool, flannel, linen, corduroy, denim, canvas and ripstop.
Our trade is cut-make-trim: you send us your fabric and trims. On arrival we check length, defects and how the fabric behaves when washed and pressed before cutting the run.
